Marine Hill House is a Grade II Listed property, located on Marine Hill, in a conservation area, overlooking Clevedon’s magnificent Grade I Listed Victorian pier and the Severn Estuary.

APG were appointed to refurbish this period property, reinstating historical detailing whilst sensitively transforming the building into 8 apartments. A bespoke modern house was designed to integrate with the late stone retaining wall. Sitting sensitively adjacent to the main house.

Heritage architecture plays a pivotal role in placemaking, providing key landmarks and shaping the character of the area. Furthermore, remodelling existing buildings is fundamental to meeting our carbon targets through utilising the embodied carbon in the existing structures.
