Planning appeal victory

This week saw our scheme for 100 homes in Yatton, North Somerset approved at appeal.

The design was carefully considered to balance 100 new homes integrated with the landscape to provide a biodiversity net gain of 103% in area-based habitats and 56% gain in linear habitats, which is considerably more than legislation requires.

The planning appeal also concluded that North Somerset only has a 3.2 year land supply. Details on the appeal decision can be found here: http://ow.ly/qQjy50JA10r
